Danielle Alexander - Director of Teen Education and Engagement, Director of Kehillah High

Danielle Alexander is the Founding Director of Kehillah High. She is an experienced experiential Jewish educator with a proven track record of developing partnerships and driving change. She is dedicated to nourishing a Jewish community that is inclusive and represents the spectrum of Jewish diversity.

As a product of congregational education, youth group, and camp, and as a former teacher and youth professional in the community, she understands the challenges and triumphs of creating these experiences.  She believes this is an exciting, pivotal time for Houston congregations; new models are strengthening the field, and new ideas about what learning can look like are emerging. Danielle feels motivated and honored to be a part of that work.

She has a Master's in Jewish Education from The Jewish Theological Seminary and a Certificate in Jewish Organizational Leadership from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion.
