Through the generous support of community philanthropists, we are thrilled to provide this experience to our students free of charge (value of $2,500/participant)! A fully refundable deposit of $350 is required, which will be returned in full once you have fulfilled your commitment of actively participating in iCON. Due to the high expense and non-refundable nature of this trip, should you cancel after February 1, 2023, the deposit will not be refundable barring a medical emergency with a doctor’s note.
Checks should be made out to Jewish Federation of Greater Houston attn: Kehillah High and can be mailed to 5603 South Braeswood Blvd, Houston, Texas 77096 or brought to classes on Wednesday evenings and given to Danielle or Stephanie. The deposits will be returned following your child's successful completion of the trip.
Health and Safety
To maintain everyone's safety against COVID-19, we are requiring that all participants be fully vaccinated with the primary COVID vaccine series (two doses of Moderna/Pfizer or a single dose of J&J. We recommend, in accordance with the CDC, that all participants receive one (bivalent) booster if it has been at least two months since their last COVID-10 vaccine dose. We also recommend participants receive the season’s flu shot prior to the trip. You will be asked to upload an image of your child's vaccination card to the registration form.
